Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 5 business days after Uniform Spec receives the order.
Customized orders requiring patches, embroidery, heat sealing, alterations/tailoring, custom badges may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% Satisfied with your order. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Additional exceptions to the return policy
You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returned items must be unused and bear original tags and packaging.
Customized Items may not be returned.
Certain sale, clearance and discount items are non-returnable.
A restocking charge of 20% may be applied to some items or if the item is returned damaged. Returns must be pre-authorized by McDonald Uniforms before they are returned to our office.
You must provide a copy of the original invoice with your return.
At the current time shipping and handling charges, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us.
Backorders
All items are in-stock and ready to ship. We strive to maintain appropriate inventory levels for all in-stock items. On occasion an item may appear as in stock on the website but may be out-of-stock on our storeroom shelves. If this happens you will be notified by e-mail that the item is backordered.
Our restocking cycle for depleted inventory can vary anywhere from 7-10 business days. Please contact us if you need confirmation of availability.
Lost or Damaged Itemss
You should carefully inspect each shipment. Inspection of lost or damaged items needs to be made by you within 10 days of receiving the order. Contact us so we can make suitable arrangements for replacement or give you authorization to return the goods and/or receive a refund.
