Every taper, hem, chevron, and monogram is done by our own tailors and machines at 3019 Darnell Rd — not mailed out to a third party. That’s how a Class A gets altered in days, not weeks, and why your whole order arrives ready to wear.

Tailoring & alterations
Tapers, hemming, waist and sleeve adjustments, epaulet and pocket-flap changes — fitted to the officer, sewn to spec.
Embroidery
Names, badges, collar insignia, unit tapes, and full department logos — digitized once, stitched consistently on every garment after.
Heat transfer & lettering
Reflective and standard lettering, panels, and graphic transfers for raid jackets, hi-vis, and duty tees — applied in-shop.
Patch & braid application
Shoulder patches, hash marks, chevrons, and trouser braid in every width from 1/8" to 2" — placed exactly where your spec says.
Badges & insignia
Stock and fully custom badges, nameplates, and metal insignia with engraving — Smith & Warren and Blackinton authorized.
Repairs
Zippers, seams, linings, and leather-jacket patch work. Don’t retire a good garment over a broken zipper.

Buy + customize in one order
Add services to any garment in your cart — hemming, embroidery, patches — and it arrives finished. Agency portal items attach their required services automatically.
Come in for a fitting
Stop by 3019 Darnell Rd, Philadelphia to be measured and fitted at the counter, then order the garment and the work together. Mon–Fri 9–5 and Sat 9–1 (closed summer Saturdays).
Get it quoted first
Send us your department’s spec — badge placement, braid width, name tape format — and we’ll quote the garment and the customization together before you order.
