SIZING:
First: Measure diagonally across the shoulder from the bottom of the belt in front to the bottom of the belt in the rear; the point of measurement should be just to the rear of thefirst belt loop on the uniform trousers in the front and between the center and adjacent belt loops in the rear near the hip (if not closer to the front location)
Second: Choose a strap length closest to the measured length, odd lengths should be changed to to next highest even length
